Dejsa is a lighting family designed for Ikea of Sweden. The product family has two members: a pendant lamp and a table lamp. Products are made of mouth blown glass. In the design our interest was to highlight materiality and the soft, light weight forms that can be achieved with the technique. In the product design, we also aimed for technical simplicity to enable easy disassembly in case it is needed at some point of the product life circle.
